Everyone was really friendly and easy to work with.

Traffic getting to the office was bad.

- Super friendly coworkers - Lots of fun events - Easy to talk to everybody and get support when needed - Great opportunity for growth - Very nice and clean parking garage with connecting covered bridge to work building - Nice office space with good conference rooms

- Doesn't pay as well - Leadership prefer people being in-office (tho my team was hybrid, 3 days in-office per week when I left) - Leadership wouldn't allow me to be fully remote even though I was a huge asset to the team
