      Management is very supportive. They encourage me to run with new ideas and help me problem solve. My team has made me feel welcomed from the moment I started at JEAR. The work environment is super friendly. It's very easy to make friends around the office. There's never a dull moment at JEAR! The benefits are very generous (especially compared to other businesses in the Charleston area). You can tell that the leadership cares about their employees, especially Mark.

      Frist professional job. Learned a lot about the grind and what it takes to be successful in sales. Office is pretty cool and the met a ton of nice people.

      Sales just ended up not being for me. I dont really have any negatives to put here. I got a lot of experience with selling, which was pretty new to me.
