Absolutely no career advancement opportunity. Managers monitor your work all day based on computer inputs…all phone calls are routed through system and monitored. Minimum 10-12 hour work days. Mgmt is relatively young and everyone is a number and evaluated by the numbers. They draw you in with the prospect of high sales commissions. Churn and burn!
