Slow to promote. raises don't keep up with cost of living. Work minimum 40 hours and you don't make your schedule. Level of work required is extremely skilled but pays only technician wage. Benefits are slowly dissolved each year. Promises of a better future but generally are not going in that direction.
many stupid restrictions that lead to increased workload.
eg. wear clothes with collars, but the company is not buying the uniform.
eg. put your PC into big lockers every day before you leave the company.
