High salaries at the Lamont facility. They run the company as a loss leader for Jacobs Engineering and high wages are the best way to make lots of money go away.

Svantaggi

The company views employees as disposable, to be worked into the ground until they are of no further value, then thrown away. Poorly managed. The company is intended to lose money, so that's the way they run it. Trying to make things work better is just banging your head against the wall.
