Only 12 holidays in a year, no sick leave, no insurance coverage, political environment and lack of team spirit, leadership is weak and does not have a focused vision as it keeps changing every year, stress on writing Research Papers and never ending reports. The culture here is very hostile and lacks basic principles like Respect, Loyalty, Compassion and Honesty. Money minded college but lack money management skills.
