Company does sell good products and creates a culture that is appreciative of audio

Many of the sales management were condescending and did not seem to care and in their own words “it is not our job to help you sell our product” Specifically sales management would shake your hand and say everything is ok to you, when you bring up concerns with business and ways to improve the territory. Only to be fired by someone who wasn’t even my manager or boss in the company. While setting consecutively the first and second best years in the companies history in the Illinois/Wisconsin territory I could go on and on about the politics involved in this industry
