Helps to be in a team where your leader pulls his sleeves up when you need the final push. Facility is commendable right from AC transport to office, pool table and other indoor game, Fun at work, employee welfare budget Learnt Accounting and credit controlling since I am part of Insurance Broking Accounting where Leadership is visionary both in India and counterparts in onshore. They work as one.
