For others that do not, you will have to fight just to stay moderately competitive in the market. Very poor work-life balance for some who want to excel at their job - be highly careful of exhausting politics. Great deal of change occurring in the workplace that neither is transparent in their motives, not organized, and leaves everyone who has no pre-existing relationship with upper management in total free fall. Nepotism, politics, terrible combination of strong personalities to work with.
