Vantaggi
This is based on my direct experience. I joined expecting a fast pace, but the level of disorganization, churn, and pressure was beyond what I consider reasonable for a professional environment. You will learn quickly because you are forced to.
If you are highly independent, comfortable working with ambiguity, and willing to chase answers nonstop, you can build resilience and sharpen your problem solving skills.
There are a few genuinely hardworking people who try to do the right thing, even when the environment makes it difficult.
Svantaggi
Ugly levels of disorganization. Priorities change constantly, and information is fragmented or not documented, which creates a cycle of rework and fire drills.
Extremely heavy workload with unrealistic timelines and limited support. It often feels like you are expected to deliver outcomes without the tools, staffing, access, or time needed to do it correctly.
Poor cross functional partnership. Basic follow through is inconsistent, so you spend a lot of time chasing approvals, chasing data, and cleaning up avoidable issues.
Leadership communication can be unclear or inconsistent, and accountability is uneven. That creates confusion and burnout, especially in roles that touch compliance, payroll, vendors, or employee facing programs.
The culture can feel cold and transactional. It is not an environment that consistently supports collaboration, coaching, or psychological safety.
