Vantaggi

Nice office building that was recently remodeled. A convenient location off the 405 at the LAX exit on Century Blvd.

Svantaggi

Senior management treats staff badly, they show no respect to anyone and feel fear of losing losing your job is the best motivation to squeeze more work out of you. The company has a very high turnover rate because of frequent terminations and the initial 90 day probation period. Think carefully before agreeing to go to work for this company! If you do go to work here you will be miserable like almost all employees at JM Eagle.

Vantaggi

This is based on my direct experience. I joined expecting a fast pace, but the level of disorganization, churn, and pressure was beyond what I consider reasonable for a professional environment. You will learn quickly because you are forced to. If you are highly independent, comfortable working with ambiguity, and willing to chase answers nonstop, you can build resilience and sharpen your problem solving skills. There are a few genuinely hardworking people who try to do the right thing, even when the environment makes it difficult.

Svantaggi

Ugly levels of disorganization. Priorities change constantly, and information is fragmented or not documented, which creates a cycle of rework and fire drills. Extremely heavy workload with unrealistic timelines and limited support. It often feels like you are expected to deliver outcomes without the tools, staffing, access, or time needed to do it correctly. Poor cross functional partnership. Basic follow through is inconsistent, so you spend a lot of time chasing approvals, chasing data, and cleaning up avoidable issues. Leadership communication can be unclear or inconsistent, and accountability is uneven. That creates confusion and burnout, especially in roles that touch compliance, payroll, vendors, or employee facing programs. The culture can feel cold and transactional. It is not an environment that consistently supports collaboration, coaching, or psychological safety.
