Very Poor Management, Project Planning, Senior Officers very Arrogant, less competitive as well as non-coperative, also demoralizing new and innovative ideas from other employees 3. No Employee Benefits i.e. PF, Insurance, other performance perks 4. No Leave System ...No CL, EL or Medical Leave 5. Worst or Absent HR Policy I.e. totally against the Employees, no salary slips, no leave record, no promotion record 6. Very Bad relationship between employees nd Management 7. Very Poor Behaviour with Former Employees when Other Employers asked / enquire about the Employee's previous Record 8. Lack of Skill Enhancement Activities, other areas exposure 9. Very Bad and Depressing Working Environment
