Nice culture and good people

lacked clear leadership at times

The people, great team to work with, some good clients and interesting work, nice office in a good location, the socials are always good, not a KPI driven environment, relatively well known brand.

The management team only care about themselves, no career progression, awful commission scheme (the managing director takes commission off everyone), difficult to earn much money, even if you bill well, pretty toxic atmosphere.
