No regard for employee, says family is important and comes first. That is a lie, or maybe only for some employees. We have lost many seasoned employees and it seems like no one cares we are all replaceable by the new people that co mg e on who probably won't even be around for very long. Policies are changed when it suits HR, she is power hungry and has the managers wrapped around her finger and they won't stand up to her for their employees. We are being alienated

At JM Wilson, you will work with some of the best and brightest in the insurance field. They focus on being responsive to their agency partners and a lot of teams will have internal group communication to ensure that any questions can be answered in a timely manner. Depending on the location, there will be many who will feel very supported by the team focused atmosphere and quality that is in place in those branch managers. If it were just in regards to the colleagues, I would have never left the organization.

Executive management has many HR and business policies in place that do not fit into the 2024 work culture. -The hiring and interview process goes through a 3rd party company that administers a process where the screener asks a series of questions and emphasizes that no emotion will be provided on their end. This is a 1.5 hour interview. -When leaving the company, you are terminated immediately and not paid out regardless of how much notice is given. Even with this in mind, they will only pay out earned vacation if you have given one month's notice (2 weeks for non-managers). They will still terminate you immediately, but also will tell you that this is a resignation. -In regards to business practices, the executive leadership is not very open to any quick changes in business processes that could have beneficial immediate impacts.
