The company provides strong hands-on exposure, especially for someone starting out as a MERN stack developer. I had the opportunity to handle complete projects independently, which helped me understand end-to-end development, deployment, and ownership. This significantly improved my confidence and technical skills in real-world scenarios.

The work culture is quite demanding and lacks structure. There are no clearly defined working hours—while the day may start around 9:30 AM, there is no fixed time to leave, and work often extends late into the night (11 PM, 12 AM, or even beyond).
