Vantaggi

- Some of the colleagues - not all but some good gems - located near pub to drown your sorrows

Svantaggi

- managers are brown nosers and have no idea of what they are doing - if your face does not fit then you are singled out - racism is very apparent and also means you don’t progress - lots of lies told to string you a long and when you bring it back up, you are made to look like a liar - senior manager who everyone reports to is so far from the work force and all the issues around and doesn’t care at all about his staff. He expects you to break your back for him and then treats you awful when you want a chat. - if you are not within the selected few who run the place, you are treated awful and made to feel unwelcomed - when you are told information from the senior manager such as redundancies, they are very coy and tell you to speak to your own manager so he clearly does not have any confidence in speaking to his team and puts it all on the manager beneath him..hiding behind the desk approach!

Vantaggi

Team members are helpful and easy to talk to. Food and coffee vans often visit the site with a mass email being sent out so you don't miss out. Some management is friendly

Svantaggi

Regardless of whether you have more knowledge than their senior conveyancers, you won't get a promotion unless you're getting 5 star reviews from clients Management speel the usual nonsense for why a promotion isn't given and don't provide any useful information to move forward in your career. No support and big caseload so you're overworked and underpaid. Not flexible for those who have young kids to take care of.
