• Board Mismanagement – Poor decisions from the board after the company was sold to an Employee Ownership Trust led to its decline. • Short-Term Greed Over Long-Term Stability – Financial decisions prioritized quick gains over the company’s future, ultimately leading to administration. • Company Went Into Administration – Despite the efforts of many, including the Managing Director in the final year, the company ran out of time to recover. • Significant Changes After COVID – The company wasn’t the same after the ownership change, with a noticeable decline in direction and stability. Despite the cons, my time at JSW was overwhelmingly positive, and I’ll always be grateful for the experience. It’s just a shame that mismanagement at the top led to the downfall of such a great company.
