The job itself (driving and data capture) is straightforward and independent. Weekly pay, and the checks did clear. Some ops leads were helpful— Good temporary gig if you want solo work and don’t mind road time.

Svantaggi

Worst kind of management: overbearing, vague, and constantly changing the rules—usually last minute. No support system. You're an "independent contractor" in name only—they expect full-time control with none of the benefits. Communication is a mess. Expect walls of confusing text, midnight emails, and contradictory orders. No training, no accountability—just blame when something goes wrong. Google is the Client, Cognizant is the manager of the project, JSAN is the consultant agency that hires you and pays you. Morale? Respect? Forget it.
