This company lost all its rockstars and now its just a cover band doing bad karaoke. No leadership and after the company was sold to investors its just cost cutting by a fake CEO who hides in his lake house while others do the dirty work of firing older employees. Company used to have diversity but its dwindled due to a fractured company culture and no vision for the future. Charlotte employees forced to work in the office while full time remote workers in different time zones tell them they can’t work from home. New management has no cyber experience or direction for the company. Will be lucky if they last another year. All you have to do is look at the last webinar on a pornography law to tell you how far JSCM has fallen when it comes to new ideas. This company used to give back to the community, now it ignores community because most of the decision makers don’t live in NC nor care about giving back to the community. They just want revenue.
