Thank you for your review! Regarding your last point, it is definitely true that JSI's policy is to never disclose the reasons behind any individual being let go. I believe this is a fairly standard industry policy, and there are many reasons for doing this. Most notably, we concluded many years ago that it was important for the privacy and the dignity of the people leaving that we never comment on the reasons behind our decision. Companies differ and the rare people who don't flourish at JSI can often succeed elsewhere. On the positive side, total turnover at JSI over the last 12 months has been at our normal levels -- around 6%.
