4yI am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your co-op term at JSI, but thank you for your feedback!
We do know that our onboarding process during Covid work-from-home needed improvement, and have now made good strides in correcting this -- hopefully our 18 co-ops starting on Monday will really benefit.
I think something I said in the past has been misinterpreted, but I continue to stand by this statement. If any JSI employees (past or present) want to leave a five star review on Glassdoor -- great! But, more importantly, if anyone doesn't feel JSI should get a five star review, I would love to talk to you so I can better understand where we can improve. We are absolutely committed to continuous improvement, and that process starts with understanding your thoughts. Thank you!
