Stereotypical toxic HR. - Recensione dipendente - Executive presso JSSPro

The HR is the worst I've ever interacted with. I used to travel daily to clients and for office work and would enter the information on the HR portal for compensation. They used to interrogate every single time even though I always had records of my expenses. They low ball you especially if you are an entry level prospect and they try to gaslight you saying the experience you gained is not worthy therefore the salary you are offered will be the LOWEST you will ever be offered. On joining, the HR may persuade you to post positive reviews on glassdoor. This might be misleading to people looking this company up. One thing they can do to detect this is look at the positions of every review. If they are current employees than they are Most likely forged. They even delay salaries sometimes and your salary might also be contingent on your productivity. You are supposed to fill up a timesheet and if you delay any thing you will not receive salary on the first. This is as low as they can get; treating you as slaves! If you are expecting growth than look elsewhere! No promotions are guaranteed for atleast 2-3 years.
