Carpenters union pay and benefits are nice, and some superintendents are quite competent. They also try to stay on top of tool situation, and keep good quality equipment on hand.

Svantaggi

One project managers is rather clueless to the real world of construction, and thinks he knows more than he does. This creates a negative ripple effect throughout projects he is involved with.

Great field leadership, dedicated to the success of their team and projects.

The corporate leadership is a lawsuit waiting to happen. A senior leader contributes firsthand to a toxic and impossible work environment through gossip and retaliatory behavior. This leader openly discusses their very low opinion of field staff calling them names, and diminishing their accomplishments and capabilities. The leader also gossips about why individuals were fired, such as spreading information about a person. It passing their drug test and what drug they tested positive for. Their staff goes through excessive turnover because of this individual who creates an unsafe and toxic workplace.
