Don't believe the pro-employee hype - Recensione dipendente - Urban Designer presso JTP

Terrible management. The managing partner is a bully. The head of urban design (since retired) was a terrible manager, had no mentoring skills (unless you were female), was anti-Trans and made disparaging comments about LGBTQ+ and numerous other colleagues. Allowed a client to derail my career, within a two week period went from referring to me as "extremely talented" to one of the worst employees in the company. One of the partners sexually harassed and physically assaulted me in full view of the studio and was allowed to continue with zero repercussions.
