Old tech, Things are mostly disorganised. Staff are not respected. This is the type of environment where some managers think it is ok to get angry and yell and behave in a disrespectful manner.
if you respect yourself you should not work for JXT.

Thank you for your feedback. I agree that we need to treat staff respectfully. I do hope with the restructure and managers exciting the business we can have a fresh start.
