Salary is still poor even with the minimal increases no real extra income in your pocket just surviving since auto pension health insurance taxes etc is being deducted Corrupt and toxic management at its finest No support or encouragement for career progression Micro managing Conflict of interest in management and lower management (family members cousins/in laws etc) RBA audit was not done fairly or in a confidential (people who can’t or won’t speak up to tell the truth were chosen to “speak” at this so called audit meeting) Company will use tactics to manipulate and get rid of people who speak up for themselves or on behalf of others Noise and heat level still very bad just wait for summertime it will be miserable (just told to wear ear plugs) List can go on and on
