Company is now too big for their own good, as the culture of years ago is dissapearing quickly. Former maids and nannies to executives are in positions of power and are well connected. Tread lightly when having an opposing view in a meeting. Ineffective and crumbling IT department, lots of unpaid overtime fixing errors with outdated systems and under staffed groups. Did not make the Tampa Bay's Top 100 Workplaces list for 2015.
