A company that worries about employees, excellent to start after college with a very good internship program. I would recommend as a starting company and for some careers is a perfect option to long time.

Some decisions are taken based on wishes from important people on the company and sometimes that leads to much more effort from employees instead of doing what is best for the company. As a manufacturing company there is a lot of stress to manage.
