Promotions aren't based on merit but rather who you know in executive management. Every executive on the 4th floor has their children working either full time or part time at Jabil. Where sexual misconduct would be cause for firing at Jabil due to the "old boys" network management looks the other way. It's well known public knowledge the married GC had an affair with a married subordinate and it was ok. Employees were fearful of being reprimanded so it became an open secret.

Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
