HR lies, back stabbing is a thing. Corporate leaders are a joke, friends of management get promoted. Good managers chose to leave vs staying in a pond of lies and backstabbing people.

Rampant Nepotism and Cronyism. Un-qualified people in leadership postitions that have no idea what they are doing. DEI at its finest; hiring people from other countries that dont have american values or work ethic but hey the company met thier quota. Leadership bragging about how much money in the millions you made the company and how great that is for the company yet you get paid peanuts.
