Management maintains high standards, and the restaurant is consistently clean, organized, and professional. The serving tactics are very polished, and I gained valuable experience that elevated my service skills significantly. I worked there for 3.5 years, which speaks to the overall positive environment and the strong team dynamic.

At times, certain servers were allowed to remain despite creating ongoing interpersonal drama, which could occasionally impact the work environment and make shifts less enjoyable. Additionally, closing server and bartending opportunities were limited to a select group, which made advancement in those roles feel somewhat restricted. The minimum requirement of three shifts per week can also be challenging for those balancing another full-time career. If there had been more flexibility with scheduling, I would have continued working there longer.
