Everyone is nice, managers actually care about you and are respectful, pay is ok but you get decent holiday and you can buy it too, so max 35 days after 5 years. Excellent work life balance. Overall you could work for much worse companies.

Salaries are stagnant. They're trying to fix it, but the older people have such poor salaries that most money is going into fixing that which sucks for the good new people, making it hard to retain and hire people . Upper management are actually trying but their competence is mixed. Skill levels are a mixed bag. People keep saying they'll consult employees and then don't do it.
