Not really much. Perhaps the lack of parking in the office!

the rigor of architectural design is definitely alive at this firm, I can't say the same about the people who work here. its a sweatshop with very little discourse among the architects. it feels like a time capsule where sexist attitudes still prevail among the higher-ups and you get yelled at for minor things.

there is zero transparency in everything, even the day to day design reviews. younger staff <10 of experience get no mentorship and/or say in anything that is done - design or otherwise. most people still use autocad on 12+ year old desktop computers.
