The one aspect that stands out is the camaraderie among some of my coworkers. Despite the overwhelming environment, there are a few individuals who make the daily grind more bearable. Their support, understanding, and shared sense of humor in the face of adversity have been a lifeline on my toughest days.

Chronic Mismanagement and Disorganization: Firstly, the level of mismanagement here is staggering. Decisions seem to be made on a whim, with little to no thought about the impact on employees. There's a chronic lack of organization that turns every task into a chaotic scramble. If you value structured and well-managed work environments, this place is not for you. Overwhelming Workload with No Support: Be prepared to be overworked and under-supported. The workload is relentless, and the expectation is that you'll manage it no matter what, often without adequate resources or guidance. This isn't a challenge; it's a recipe for burnout. Lack of Career Growth and Development Opportunities: If you're looking to grow and advance in your career, you'll likely find yourself stunted here. Opportunities for professional development or promotion are rare, and often, internal politics play a bigger role in advancement than merit or hard work. Neglect of Employee Well-being: Lastly, there's a blatant disregard for employee well-being. They cut the 36h/week out of the blue. Work-life balance is non-existent, and the mental health of employees seems to be the least of the company's concerns. The hope that things might get better has faded, and I'm left feeling hopeless and defeated. Please think twice before applying here.
