I agree with all of your comments and advice (especially around investing in product roadmap, customers, and employees - these are priorities) but would like to share one clarification on your growth statement – while our headcount growth is stable for this year, our business plan has us significantly accelerating our subscription and overall revenue growth year over year.       Leadership is all-in on AI and confident that they will be the exception to the second wave of regret you see other SaaS companies who adopted earlier expressing. Leadership is demanding faster output and criticizing and eliminating any old guard who flag concerns around the approach.
