The owner and CEO were easily accessible and listened to input from their management. Good work/life balance

The owner became detached and lacked involvement after moving out of state. The lack of communication and direction started to severely lack after this move.

Pay was pretty good, but it does not make up for the toxic work environment.

Very toxic work environment. I got blamed for something that I did not do. I was told I was not doing my job, which I was. I would recommend to stay as far away from this place as humanly possible. The comptroller and office manager both suck and they do not know how to manage an office staff.
