Vantaggi

Working here changed the trajectory of my career. I was blessed with an amazing supervisor that took great interest in my growth. That person and the rapid growth allowed me to explore and push my skills in a way that was natural for me that ultimately resulted in a fairly drastic career shift.

Svantaggi

The startup and/or small software company version was great. As we got bigger, more middle management was brought in and things got very siloed and competitive over control of aspects of the product(s). This is not necessarily a bad thing, but from my perspective it made it very hard to make a difference in what got released to the public.

Thank you for your feedback. Jamf is a rapidly growing organization and we are excited to continue on this journey towards the future, but we do realize this has led to some growing pains. As our teams grow and stretch, we are continuing to build systems and structures can scale along with us to be more deliberate and clear with our cross functional communications and ensure all teams are enabled too effectively and productively collaborate.

Vantaggi

Benefits, culture, and community drive Jamf. Pay can always be better, but is fair to the market.

Svantaggi

Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

Vantaggi

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Svantaggi

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
