Vantaggi

The company has interesting products and has great work life balance...at least for now.

Svantaggi

The vision of the company is dwindling and Jamfs best days are likely behind them. Remote work is becoming a thing of the past for Jamf, which is very surprising after years of supportive remote work. They are requiring employees to be hybrid in the office 3 days a week. Lots of uncertainty and fear of layoffs in the near future. The company hires locally and basically who they personally know. This is unfair for qualified candidates, and some are over looked due to local politics at play. Not a lot of growth at the moment and company is struggling.

Jamf remains a company that embraces both hybrid and remote work. In order to better serve our customers, our go-to-market employees who are near a Jamf office are onsite 3 days a week of their choosing to bring those teams together who facility our customer journey. Due to the employee feedback, we have pushed the timing of this out to give our Jamfs more time to make any necessary adjustments. Work-life balance and flexibility still remain our priorities, while feeling connected is important to maintain our strong culture, achieve our goals, and thrive as #OneJamf.

Vantaggi

Benefits, culture, and community drive Jamf. Pay can always be better, but is fair to the market.

Svantaggi

Some growing pains recently, maturing from a start-up to a stable company with new technology, such as AI, competing with internal resources.

Vantaggi

Benefits are pretty much the only positive at this point. Working hybrid is nice, but pales when we used to be fully remote with no issues.

Svantaggi

The senior managers of Technical Support are driving this org into the ground. Employees are no longer a human, no longer an employee; we are now just numbers. KPI requirements have gotten ridiculous requiring employees to almost literally fight over available work to make ourselves look better. Its a complete sham, a numbers game. There are those of us that are legitimately here for our users and administrators, but the quantity of work has vastly outweighed the quality.
