No egos, just people showing up for each other and for our customers. The work is meaningful and interesting. We’re not just answering tickets, we’re supporting practitioners who are building and running their businesses, and that responsibility matters. This is a pro for me, but for those who prefer a slower pace and consistency, you will have to consider whether Jane is for you. Jane is growing, and like other hyper-growth companies, change is constant. Priorities can shift as we scale, and that can feel fast at times. But it also means there are opportunities to shape what we’re building and have real impact.
