Gosh I'm really behind on my Glassdoor replies. Thanks for the review here - I appreciate all of your thoughts here and for the impact you've had with our Customers over the last 4 years. Time really flies.
I'm going to comment on the "growing quickly" comment, because it's something that I'm thinking about a lot right now.
I know we just had a conversation at All Hands about Growth and how we're at a really exciting point in Jane's story - where we have the opportunity to share Jane with more Helpers and offer new delightful products and services to our Community. This moment is something we've worked hard to build over the last 10 years, and now I'd love to see us run!
We're really cautious about "selling" Jane when there's any question of Delight for our Customers, and we spent 2024 filling in a lot of the product gaps with the "Big 8". This moment really feels like a lot of pieces slotting into place and I'm so excited about our next few years - and how we can become an even more integral and valuable part of our existing and growing Customer Community. Who, as you mentioned, are just the most lovely humans to work with. What a privilege.
I'm really excited to have you as part of the team and to hear your enthusiasm for the positive sides of growth. I'm glad your experience includes Jane being a place that is "Open about upcoming changes and what we can expect. Leadership is also open to listening to people's thoughts, concerns, and feelings about those changes". We'll keep working to scale that along with everything else!
It seems like, especially in a remote environment, the individual experience is so determined by the direct manager, and team on which one works. I really appreciate that the Healthcheck helps me identify if there are specific teams who are having a different experience from the majority. Thanks for sharing that your lead is creating a wonderful working environment for you - I'm here to celebrate that too!
