They actually care about what the employees want. They've run surveys in the past, and have acted on what was discussed.
They give quarterly incentives based on the companies profit.
Nice staff/workers who are helpful, and knowledgeable.

The medical insurance was a little pricey from what I remember. I switched to my husbands coverage a few years ago. This may have improved since then, not sure.
They are currently downsizing and have been laying off two people a week or so.
Management can't bring projects to completion, so you end up with a graveyard of half finished projects and wasted effort.
Security is not on the radar at all, no forward thinking moves by management.
