1) Management are jokers. Openly s*xualises and insults women, including clients. CEO shouldn't be bragging about wasting away investors money when they are begging banks for cash and refusing to pay vendors.
2) Dishonest practices, no integrity from the company when doing layoffs. People who were silently laid off in batches we forced to resign or be terminated so the company does not have to do an official layoff. The official reason given to remaining employees was due to poor performance when recent performance reviews showed otherwise and no form of warning or performance improvement plan were given. But the reason that was given to those let go was due to cost-cutting measures.
3) Company culture includes bullying and blaming led by management. No accountability when things go wrong, always looking for a scapegoat. Culture of open criticism when it comes to employees, no surprise since management talks sh*t about each other.
