That being said, as with many growing agencies, there are some growing pains. One challenge is the limited resources that come with a smaller agency. For example, there can be a lack of deep support in research and analysis, which sometimes puts a strain on teams. However, I’ve found that the company is actively working on solving this through growth, as well as identifying areas for efficiency to better accommodate that growth. It’s a work in progress, but I’m confident that as the company scales, these resource gaps will be addressed.
