Upper management truly values familial responsibilities of employees.
If a position doesn't end up being the best for for an employee, management will work to try to find the right position within the company rather than going straight to letting someone go.
The owner and upper management truly seem to value employee feedback and are constantly asking what they could be doing better.
Great benefits(health, 401k etc.. but also extra benefit programs to encourage healthy habits and personal enrichment.
Even though the economy is tough and the industry has gone struggles, Jarrett is continuing to grow and has positioned themselves in a way that I dont feel we have to worry about layoffs or job losses.
