Team culture wasn't a good fit with me

People are nice and inclusive. Team is supportive and helpful - good for new grads learning the ropes. Good exposure to a range of complex projects.

There were standard checklists and design management resources that weren’t made available to new staff. I accidentally discovered them after 2 years of working there.
