Everyone only converse in mandarin which makes other races feel distant and alienated. - Long and odd hours. Expect to do 60+ hours of OT every month. Say goodbye to your personal and family time. - People always talk behind each other, doesn't address issues directly which lead to snowballing effect. - Not a fresh graduate friendly place. You will feel lost during your first few months here. They have this "read the manual" mindset. No proper training structure. - Too many old traditions, no room for improvement. No one will try to change the company old ways. - Place for retirement.
