-Their big Series C in Jan 2021 is Private Equity backed (Vista), not Venture Capital backed (and they took 51% ownership) -Almost no inbound demand outside of SMB (where they are less competitive) -No proven sales process outside of expansion -Outbounding into incredible headwinds is exhausting -Unrealistic sales targets and expectations of new sales hires -Minimal SDR support for Enterprise AE's -Overworked frontline managers -Leadership speaking out of both sides of their mouth. Ie "we're not having layoffs" then 2 months later mysterious employee disappearances... I was outright lied to during the recruiting process. I was told I'd have 1:1 SDR support and a 12 month ramp - that was far from the reality with pressure and strange disappearances of new reps who seemed plenty talented.
