Literally everything else. Overbearing top-down management style, National managers that pretend they know what is happing at facilities they are never physically at. Companywide decisions being made from the top without the consideration of the different laws and regulations for different markets. In my time here, ~1 year, I watched our facility turnover close to 500 employees. The turnover was so bad that the company tried bringing on a temp agency because they had exhausted the local workforce... ***If you are considering starting/growing a career here, don't waste your time***
