You can look good quickly and easily as there are very few good people / processes. Leaders are managed by fear from NY and manage by fear and intimidation. Culture is rotten. Some leaders will talk a good game but only pay based on delivery. Have never met so many senior people who in fight due to being perennially paranoid. Rich and Brian need to open their eyes to the reality they have created, especially in London.
