Jelli is a great place to work! I came to Jelli from a much larger company, and immediately found myself making a much larger impact on the company and product than I ever did over many years at the large corporation. My day to day is much more fulfilling and rewarding. This is a great place to work - everyone is very supportive and focused on working together as a team. This is not a stressful, cutthroat startup - it is a relaxed, yet high performance environment. It all starts with a great culture and solid leadership!

This is not the place to be if you want to be on the bleeding edge of the tech stack (which is fine for me). Engineers are encouraged to explore and implement new technologies and methods, which is great, but often there is not quite enough time between feature development and platform stability. San Mateo, as a location, makes it tough for the commute - most people are coming from the South/East Bay or SF.
